TIME OF SHIPMENT: No later than Sept. 30, 1999 PORT OF SHIPMENT: European Main Port PORT OF DESTINATION: Dalian, China INSURANCE: To be covered by the seller for 110% of invoice value covering All Risks and War Risks as per I.C.C. PAYMENT: To be effected by irrevocable letter of credit available by draft(s) at 90 days after B/L date sight for 100% of invoice value drawn by the Sellers. INSPECTION: Inspection result of CCIB at destination should be final.
